922 Single Tree June 2026

Quick Update 6/22/2026  - 922 Single Tree was placed on the market last Thursday - you can find the link on MLS here:  https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/M2131390624

We did quite a bit of work to get the house in order and it looks really nice - the list price was $410K which might be optimistic however it gives us room to make concessions and with the new AC, and all the other improvements we hope to find a buyer who will appreciate the product.   Fingers crossed.  

The house did take longer to put on the market than I would have liked - some of the issues were getting rid of the last tenant, the schedule of our handyman, and also our not getting the full list together - which is something we will remedy the next time.  Also there was an internal Company issue which also led to a delay and that too won't be an issue for Homestead.  

We did have a fair amount of interest this first weekend - no offers yet, and some feedback relating to some more improvements - namely still an odor of smoke from the last tenant.  Strange because we painted to the walls and cleaned everything - will check the AC filter and that system to see if that is the culprit.  

I'll go to Vegas on Wednesday and will walk 922 Single Tree and also go to Homestead to have a good list so we can hopefully accelerate getting that one to market.
